ABOUT THE University of Kentucky

The University of Kentucky is a public land-grant research university located in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1865 by John Bryan Bowman as the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Kentucky. The university offers a range of academic, research, and community outreach opportunities to students and is one of only eight institutions in the country with the full complement of liberal arts, engineering, professional, agricultural, and medical colleges and disciplines on one contiguous campus.

Please note that some courses may require additional fees for lab materials and other expenses that are not included in the above tuition costs. Additionally, the Annual Full-Time Rates for graduate and professional programs include mandatory fees totaling $1,544.00 for the full academic year and provide year-round access to services provided by University Health Service.
